Rhesus
(Rh) (Резус-фактор)
группа крови человека. Антиген Rh содержится в эритроцитах примерно 85% людей (а также у обезьян Macacus rhesus, отскуда название). Впервые был обнаружен в 1940 австрийскими учеными К. Ландштейнером и А. Винером. Кровь людей, эритроциты которых содержат Rh, называется резус-положительной. Существует несколько различных антигенов системы, в том числе - группа Нr, составляющая с Rh общую систему Rh-Нr, включающую 3 разновидности Rh - агглютиногена (Д, С и Е), 3 разновидности Нr - агглютиногена (с, д, е) и др. редкие варианты. Агглютиноген Нr содержится в эритроцитах 83% людей. Резус-фактор передается по наследству как доминантный признак и не меняется в течение всей жизни. Учет его, как и группы крови, является обязательным при переливании крови. При парентеральном введении человеку любого отсутствующего у него агглютиногена системы Rh-Нr происходит выработка специфических антител; при повторном введении этого антигена происходит реакция "антиген - антитело", обусловливающая расстройства функций организма. Так, при переливании Rh - положительной крови Rh - отрицательному реципиенту, у которого уже имеются антитела к Rh, могут развиться гемотрансфузионные реакции: озноб, повышение температуры тела, кратковременные боли в пояснице, в тяжелых случаях - массивный гемолиз с почечной недостаточностью. Наиболее опасен неучет этого свойства при переливании крови во время беременности (гибель плода).
